BECOME A PRESENTER

POTENTIAL PRESENTERS:

We (Adopt-A-Cop Corporation and Community Connect, Inc.) are currently seeking presenters for our 2026 Community Server’s Conference.  If you have experience in self-defense, financial literacy, resiliency training, trauma intervention, spiritual guidance & leadership, mindfulness, motivation, law enforcement culture, 1st responder support, volunteerism, veteran affairs, workshop activities and networking for resources: then we are interested in your experience and the opportunity to add value to our family reunion.

 

TARGET ATTENDEES:

Those that protect and serve our community, national law enforcement officers, firefighters, veterans, active-duty members, 1st responders, chaplains, pastors, supporting businesses, community volunteers, Adopt-A-Cop (AAC) Corporation’s National Chapter Coordinators and the family members of the attendees previously mentioned.  Attendees must be 18 years and over to attend the workshops.  

 

CONFERENCE MISSION:

The mission of this conference is to bring community and national resources together and provide a more perceptive and out of the box experience on how to remain healthy, mind, body, and soul, in our communities. There will be networking opportunities, a uniting of faces, voices and peer support to all our attendees, to present, collaborate, and confront their challenges with proven methods of overcoming them.  Our motto: “YOU ARE NOT ALONE”

  1. The deadline to submit your workshop proposal is October 1, 2026, at 12:00 pm (Pacific Time).

  2. Proposals may be submitted either through the online form (once available) or via email to: Michael@adoptacopnevada.org. Please ensure all required information is included with your submission and Professional Bio. Virtual options will also be considered.

  3. Required information:  first and last name, title, phone number, email address, professional bio, workshop: title, description, objective, activity and supporting documents or videos.

  4. Unless otherwise specified in the submission, the standard workshop duration of one (1) hour.

  5. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your proposal.  If your proposal is not chosen, you will receive an email and letter for future participation or collaboration.

  6. Traveling cost and hotel accommodations are the responsibilities of the presenter, but the conference registration fees and shirts will be covered by AAC and CC.  There will be an opportunity to be sponsored and that will be determined by the board members of CC.

NOTE: There will be no PowerPoints or videos allow in workshops for this conference. Communication will be shared interactively throughout the workshop. All activities must encourage participation by attendees.
