The meeting focused on the topic of being quirky, with Michael and Amy discussing the meaning of quirkiness as being unusual or eccentric in an appealing way. They shared personal stories and experiences about how their unique traits help them connect with others, especially in community service roles. They emphasized the importance of honoring individual differences and using one's quirkiness to reach and support people in need.

Being adaptable to change means you can easily adjust your actions, thoughts, or plans when new or unexpected things happen. It is the skill of staying calm, learning new ways to do things, and accepting shifts in your environment instead of getting stuck.

The butterfly effect is a concept from chaos theory meaning that small, minor changes in the beginning of a process can lead to huge, unpredictable changes later on.
