
BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS:
We (Adopt-A-Cop Corporation and Community Connect, Inc.) are currently seeking presenters for our 2026 Community Servers Conference. If you have experience in self-defense, financial literacy, resiliency training, trauma intervention, spiritual guidance & leadership, mindfulness, motivation, law enforcement culture, 1st responder support, volunteerism, veteran affairs, workshop activities and networking for resources: then we are interested in your experience and the opportunity to add value to our family reunion.
TARGET ATTENDEES:
Those that protect and serve our community, national law enforcement officers, firefighters, veterans, active-duty members, 1st responders, chaplains, pastors, supporting businesses, health care workers, community volunteers, Adopt-A-Cop (AAC) Corporation’s National Chapter Coordinators and the family members of the attendees previously mentioned. Attendees must be 18 years and over to attend the workshops.
CONFERENCE MISSION:
The mission of this conference is to bring community and national resources together and provide a more perceptive and out of the box experience on how to remain healthy, mind, body, and soul, in our communities. There will be networking opportunities, a uniting of faces, voices and peer support to all our attendees, to present, collaborate, and confront their challenges with proven methods of overcoming them. Our motto: “YOU ARE NOT ALONE”
EXTENDED FAMILY CARD PROGRAM:
Attendees will be encouraged to visit your booth and receive a stamp or hole punch, to be entered into the final day grand prize raffle. This will give exhibitors the opportunity to present their product or service to conference attendees. A short overview about your business and how you can become a future resource for their; department, command station, precinct, facility, hospital and family.
THINGS TO KNOW:

The deadline to register as an exhibitor is November 3, 2026, at 12:00 pm (PT).

Exhibitor registration must be presented online, via email to: Michael@adoptacopnevada.org

Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation if their exhibit has been approved.

Traveling cost and hotel accommodations are the responsibilities of the exhibitors.

Conference access will be provided for 1 attendee, upon exhibitor approval.

Hotel does not provide labor assistance, wheeled carts, dollies, or mode of transport assistance.

Conference and exhibit room(s) will be secured after hours of the event, until the start of the conference the following day.

Exhibitors must provide a company overview with logo (jpeg), to help promote their booth.
