INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill in the information below as requested. When it comes to the "Officer's Name" only fill that in if you know of one specifically - otherwise leave that blank. Then below that just put ONE "X" in the region you would like and we will pick an officer for you. You will receive your officer's name and a prayer guide card back by return mail within a few days. Meanwhile - anytime and anywhere you see a law officer take a moment and pray for them. It just takes a moment. You do not even have to know him or her.
